Overnight Stays

Invoices are valid for 60 days from the date of issue, as rates are subject to change.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure overnight bookings.

Full payment is required 7 days in advance for off-peak periods and 31 days in advance for peak and high-peak periods.

There are no refunds for early pick-ups, as your pet’s place is reserved exclusively and allocated to the exclusion of other bookings.

All deposits and payments are non-transferable once dates are confirmed.

These policies allow us to maintain safe staffing levels and uphold our Fear Free® standards.

Regular Daycare – Reserved Place & Weather Policy

At Sydney Pet Sitting & Doggy Daycare, your dog’s emotional wellbeing, comfort and consistency are just as important as their physical safety. As a Fear Free® Certified provider, we carefully design our environment and routines to reduce stress, prevent overwhelm and support calm, confident experiences.

What Regular Daycare Means

When you enrol in Regular (Recurring) Daycare, your dog is allocated a permanent reserved place in our daily group.

Regular Daycare places are limited and pre-booked. These reserved places allow us to maintain stable playgroups, predictable routines and personalised care in line with our Fear Free® standards.

If a Regular Daycare place is released or changed to Ad-Hoc, we cannot guarantee that it will be available again in the future.

Attendance & Weather

Our premises is fully equipped to operate safely in all weather conditions, including extreme heat:

• Climate-controlled indoor areas

• Shaded outdoor spaces

• Temperature-appropriate enrichment

• Modified play and rest schedules

Because your dog’s place is reserved and staffed for, regular daycare days are charged whether attended or not, including cancellations due to weather or personal plans.

If a regular daycare client would prefer to swap days on a particular week, we may still accommodate if there is a spot available.

Weather conditions, including heat, rain or humidity, do not alter attendance or payment obligations.

Flexibility With Ad-Hoc Daycare

If you require flexibility, our Ad-Hoc (AO) Daycare is available.

Please note:

• Ad-Hoc bookings are not guaranteed and are subject to availability the day before

• Ad-Hoc Daycare is charged at a higher rate, reflecting this flexibility

Cancellations

All Periods

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or a no-show occurs, 100% of the fee will be charged.

Off-Peak Periods

More than 7 days’ notice – full refund
Less than 48 hours’ notice – 50% of the fee will be charged

Peak Periods

More than 21 days’ notice – full refund
Less than 21 days’ notice – 50% of the fee will be charged
Less than 14 days’ notice – 100% of the fee will be charged

High-Peak, Christmas & New Year

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings.
Full payment is due 31 days in advance.

If less than 31 days’ notice is given, 100% of the fee will be charged.
